A scheduled platform upgrade to our Service Now system – which logs technical service incidents and queries – will be taking place on Saturday 3 October 2026 between 9:45am and 1:45pm.
Whilst there will be no outage during the upgrade period, there maybe periods of disruption which may cause an issue when raising an incident or query.
