MPRNs submitted by a Shipper are expected to be pre DN approved, with no requirement for accompanying Supporting Information. The CDSP will not refer the request to a DN for validation/approval (as we would for BAU processing), but will be carrying out high level assurance on the submitted MPRNs (outlined below):
- Request is from a recognised/legitimate requestor with a verified email address
- Site has an MPRN status of Live (LI) at the time of request validation
- Requesting Shipper/GT is the current owner of the site at the time of validation. Shipper has a confirmation status of Live (LI). GT is directly linked to the site, or they are the 'upstream' GT of the site if the site is linked to an IGT network.
- Site has a Rolling AQ value =>732,000kWh
- Site is not Interruptible (i.e., subject to a GT Interruption Contract)
- Site does not have a current priority consumer category assigned
MPRNs not meeting these criteria will be rejected back to the requestor, please note that rejected MPRNs can only be resubmitted for bulk upload between 19 October and 6 November, otherwise the BAU process will need to be followed.
The Bulk Submission template is available below.
MPRN lists should be emailed to the Priority Consumer mailbox via priorityconsumers.cpm@xoserve.co.uk.
Please note that any bulk requests submitted after 6 November may not be processed.
All subsequent Category D requests must be submitted individually using the manual Priority Consumer Application Form, which can be downloaded on our dedicated Priority Consumers webpage.
To support the industry, additional bulk loads will be considered on a case by case basis but are not guaranteed.
