Minor Release Drop 17 (Parent Change)

Summary

This change proposal has been raised to create a parent XRN for the Minor Release Drop 17 There are 4 changes within this release: 

 
XRN 5582B - Energy Invoice Upload from UK Link to Gemini
 The Neutrality Team within Xoserve need to ensure that UK Link Energy related invoices are recorded in Gemini to support cash collection, cash allocation and indebtedness monitoring processes.
This change will automate the process and upload the invoices produced by UK Link and upload them to Gemini.

XRN 5805 - Alternative Solution to address instances where VBA macros are present in DN Templates
Alternative functionality is sought by DNs to remove any VBA macros (i.e. removing potential security risks) that have been identified for those related templates and processes – this implementation covers the remaining templates not addressed as part of the June 26 Major Release.

XRN 5955 – Private networks duplicate MPRNs – options for long term fix
Creation of a system to identify and record potential private network addresses, utilising the minimum data provided (full address and postcode) but able to store MPRNS where available, and exclude these from all BAU processing.

XRN 6081.B – Reconciliation of Multiple Read Replacements – Historic Reporting and Tactical Solution
Review and analyse historic instances to allow for manual correction; develop ongoing reporting to prevent inaccurate reconciliations from being included in customer invoices.
