Our next training session

Customer Expert Day - Top Process Rejections - Tuesday 18 November 2025

The session will run from 9:30am to 3pm and will cover the top rejections for the following processes:

  • Review of Gas Metering Arrangements (RGMA)
  • Meter Reads
  • Annual Quantity

We will talk through and explain the top rejections as well as provide methods to help stop them occurring, and advise how to avoid them in the future.

Our Process Experts will be on hand to offer support and answer any questions you may have regarding these rejections.

The session will be facilitated on Microsoft Teams, with meeting details distributed to registered customers closer to the date.


Please note that this session will mainly impact Shipper organisations.

Throughout the year, we deliver major releases of functionality, alongside a stream of minor enhancements to UK Link.

Our change awareness sessions provide in-depth training on all changes involved in these releases. They give you an opportunity to learn more about the changes introduced, and you can also ask questions directly to our Customer Process Experts.
