Our next training session
Customer Process Day - 18 February
This customer process day will focus on the Meter Reads and Annual Quantity processes. You will be provided with an overview of each process as well as the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have to our process experts.
The session will be hosted via Microsoft Teams. Meeting details will be provided to registered attendees closer to the date.

Induction days
New to the industry?
We provide an accessible introduction to the gas industry, stakeholders, processes and systems. These sessions are for new industry participants - and anyone who needs a refresher.
Expert days
In-depth Q&A sessions with industry experts, covering the gas industry and market topics.
Process days
Our process days provide a high level overview and a deep dive into the different activities within each process.
Change awareness days
Throughout the year, we deliver major releases of functionality, alongside a stream of minor enhancements to UK Link.
Our change awareness sessions provide in-depth training on all changes involved in these releases. They give you an opportunity to learn more about the changes introduced, and you can also ask questions directly to our Customer Process Experts.
