Procurement Manager

This is an exciting leadership opportunity within the Commercial team, which will ensure the delivery of successful sourcing and procurement strategy in support of a major project, Project Trident. The role will also manage complex contract negotiations and support key stakeholders with relationship building and management of the procurement pipeline for all Third-Party supply partners.

The role will play a key role in Xoserve’s continuing success with the ability to deputise for the Head of Commercial and act as a trusted partner where required. They will be required to work closely with the Commercial Manager to build out and deliver cultural and operational change within the Commercial and Procurement space, and will have the ability to challenge, investigate and pull together information effectively.

Data Architect

Reporting to the Head of Architecture, the Data Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level data architecture and strategies that align with the business and technology goals of the organisation, rather than the operational aspects of performance, monitoring, quality reporting etc. As the Xoserve Data Architect, you’ll focus on architectures that move, process, store, sanitise and present data, ensuring scalability, efficiency and security.

This role is technical and strategic in nature, requiring less of a hands-on approach. Your primary focus will be designing the blueprint of the organisation’s data infrastructure and supporting Project Trident, with responsibility for the upkeep and governance of supporting TOGAF artefacts. This role plays a pivotal part in the development of a holistic view of the organisations architectural landscape, requiring alignment with and support of the other architectural disciplines within the team.

Application Architect

The Application Architect is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining enterprise-level application and solution architectures that support the business and align with the technology goals of the organisation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that the enterprise's application and solution architectures are scalable, efficient and address the unique needs of our data-intensive systems.

The successful candidate will leverage TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) to develop a cohesive data architecture framework and ensure its alignment with other domains. An understanding of the challenges and complexities a large central data processing environment brings is preferred, though not essential.

Legal Counsel

Reporting to the Senior Counsel, the Legal Counsel provides robust legal advice and support to key stakeholders in line with organisational policies and procedures and takes a proactive and commercially balanced approach to legal risk identification and management. In collaboration with the Senior Counsel the role has responsibility for managing Xoserve’s legal risk and providing timely, professional advice on contracts and other relevant legal issues.

The Legal Counsel will be a communicative and self-assured individual with the confidence and capability to influence and challenge as well as being able to work collaboratively.

Technical Architect

The Technical Architect is responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable and high-performing infrastructure architectures that support the organisation’s current and future Central Data Service Provider (CDSP) activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring solutions align with business objectives while addressing the demands of processing large volumes of data through data-intensive systems.

The successful candidate will leverage TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) to develop a structured and cohesive approach to infrastructure design, focussing on scalability, performance optimisation and resilience. A solid understanding of cloud technologies and large-scale data processing is essential.
