The Xoserve Board has accepted the resignation of Clare Spottiswoode as Chair of Xoserve.
The Board thanks Clare for her contribution to the Company, and wishes her well for the future.
The Board has appointed Mike Hogg as interim Chair with immediate effect whilst it determines its approach for a permanent replacement for Clare.
