Stephanie Ward is stepping down as CEO of Xoserve and will be leaving the company. The Board would like to thank Steph for her contribution to the company and wish her well for the future.
Steve Brittan - Interim CEO
Steve has been appointed as Interim CEO, whilst the company starts its search for a successor, which we expect to take several months. Steve will be assuming all of Steph’s responsibilities with immediate effect.
Clare Spottiswoode, Xoserve's Chair said:
“Steve has a wealth of executive experience and has served on Xoserve’s Board for the last three years. He will work with Xoserve’s executive team to continue the company’s engagement with customers and stakeholders over the coming months.”
