    The second draft of BP25 which sets out the required scope and draft budget for the provision of Central Data Service Provider (CDSP) services during the 2025/26 financial year and a forecast for the financial years 2026/27 and 2027/28.

What’s changed? What's new?

Draft 2 contains the following changes in response to customer/stakeholder feedback:

  • A greater emphasis on CDSP performance including additional funding for Xoserve resources focused on Enhanced Qualitative Assurance.
  • The withdrawal of the Digital UX investment proposal.
  • A budget breakdown at DSC constituency level.
  • Clarification over the CDSP Service Development investment proposal.
  • Updates to address recommendations from the independent third-party assessment of compliance vs Business Plan Information Rules.

The consultation period for Draft 2 is now open, and closes on 6 December 2024.
