BP24 is underpinned by the values set out in the Principles and Approach document which we published in July following customer consultation.

BP24 Business Plan First DraftBP24 sets out the required scope and draft budget for the provision of Central Data Service Provider (CDSP) services during the 2024-25 financial year. It also provides a forecast for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27.

The consultation period for this draft will be open until 20 October 2023, and there will be numerous opportunities to provide feedback, such as:
- A dedicated roundtable online event on 3 October
- Drop-in sessions on 10 and 24 October
- In writing via our BP24 Hub Business Plan – BP2024-25 by Xoserve
