We’ve published the final draft of our Business Plan 2023

In July 2022, we published the Principles and Approach (P&A) for Business Plan 2023/24 (BP23). This marked the start of our annual business planning process to engage with our customers and stakeholders. The consultation periods allowed our customers to contribute to the shaping of BP23.  

We then issued the first and second drafts of BP23 in October and November, reflecting on the feedback we received and making changes accordingly. Details of the changes we’ve made can be found on page 8 of the Business Plan.

The next and final stage for BP23 is for the Board to formally approve the document. We will email customers to let you know when this final version has been published.  

Thank you to all those customers who supplied their feedback, views and suggestions on our P&A and first and second drafts of BP23. Your input is invaluable, and we hope the improvements we’ve made around customer engagement have been well received.
