Training and Education - A review of our 2020 customer training and support

The Customer Training and Education Team have continued to support customers with various training and educational material on core industry processes throughout 2020.

The team’s focus was to ensure the quality and accessibility of training materials was easily found and understood. Videos, infographics and e-learning platforms have provided a variety of methods to appeal to our customers’ various learning styles.
