We’re carrying out the Client JSON Web Signature (JWS) certificates renewal for the SwitchStream services on Tuesday, 20 February 2024.
During the outage, inbound and outbound files will not be processed in SwitchStream, however, all the files received will be queued and processed when the system is back up at 11am.
SwitchStream Portal is not impacted and will be available to use.
