To support the development of our 2021 Business Plan (BP21), we recently shared with you our Draft Principles and Approach and opened a period of consultation. We are now delighted to share with you our final version.
In our initial Principles and Approach document we asked for comments and feedback, and we’d like to thank our customers who responded. We will use this feedback in the development of our Draft 2021 Business Plan.
In summary the changes in the updated Principles and Approach document include:
- Clarification of what we mean when we refer to the Energy Market Reform
- Further information on the open data governance framework and how it will be accessed
- Clarification of Technical Debt and an explanation on our approach to managing it
- Further information on the Retail Energy Code (REC) and the impact its introduction will have on efficiencies and cost reduction
You can access the final version of the 2021 Business Plan Principles and Approach below.
You may have noticed this year we have produced two versions of the 2021 Business Plan Principles and Approach document. Don’t worry they are the same document, just laid out differently. We wanted to give you the choice how you view our document, whether that be on screen or printed. One document is presented as single pages and the other as double page spreads.
What happens next?
We are keen to offer as many opportunities as possible for you to provide us with your feedback on our Draft 2021 Business Plan. Following the publication of the first draft in September, we’ll be offering a number of opportunities to provide feedback, details of which you can find in the above document.
In the meantime, if you have any questions please contact your Customer Advocate, or email CustomerExperience@xoserve.com.
