We're carrying out our annual disaster recovery test on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 November 2024.
There will be no impact on processing files but there may be a short delay in returning data via the Cloud IX portal.
If you experience an issue on either of these dates where data has not been returned via the portal, please refresh the portal service.
