Publication of this final version concludes the business planning cycle for the financial year April 2023 – March 2024. Thank you to all customers who reviewed earlier drafts, engaged with us during the consultation phases and/or provided feedback to us. Your suggestions, insights, thoughts and ideas have all contributed to the shaping of this final version.
