This publication, which is one of the final deliverables from our Business Plan process, sets out the charges for the services outlined in the Data Services Contract (DSC) for the financial year 2026-27.
The values shown in the final version of BP26 were uplifted by CPI-H in December 2025 (3.6%) to reach 2026-27 prices, with the exception of the General Change, Gemini, DSC Contract Budget, CDSP Service Enhancement and CDSP Service Development investments.

We are hosting a webinar on 5 February 2026 at 10am, where we will present the 2026-27 ACS to Customers and Stakeholders. Use the link below to register for this webinar.
In mid-February, we will issue customers with Charging Schedules specific to their organisation. These Charging Schedules will provide a detailed breakdown of the charges we expect to be invoicing monthly from April.
