Summary
As part of the Holistic Performance Matrix (HPM) review the Performance Assurance Framework Administrator (PAFA) conducted workshops on behalf of the Performance Assurance Committee (PAC) to review a selection of Performance Assurance Report Register (PARR) reports to identify potential changes that could improve Settlement impacts and monitoring.
During the HPM workshops it was identified that a selection of the Class 4 Read performance PARR reports could be amended to help the PAC with the monitoring and improvement of Settlement impacts.
Background | Context
The PAC are instrumental in driving, supporting and encouraging industry's continued improvement for gas Settlement performance and risk management. In order help achieve this PARR reports are produced monthly and used to monitor Shipper’s performance.
The purpose of this Change Proposal is to fully analyse, develop and deliver the recommendations stated above.
Below is the list of the changes. The table identifies the affected PARR reports and the updates that have been identified.
For the avoidance of doubt: The changes will be applied to both the anonymised and unanonymised reports.
