Summary

The delivery of the FWACV Service (Phase 1) in September 2022 included the provision of daily LDZ Billing CV information (SC9 files) to Shippers, DNs and National Gas.

The DNs have concluded that they no longer wish to receive SC9 files from Xoserve. The SC9 information is readily available to DNs from the National Gas data portal (ex MIPI) should it be required.

Xoserve is requested to cease provision of daily SC9 files to DNs.

The DNs have concluded the SC9 files are no longer required by them as the relevant information is available through National Gas; should this information be required.

The cessation of SC9 files to DNs will potentially lead to organisational/process improvement and, potential cost reduction for DNs. The DN SC9 file flows and associated data will no longer need to be maintained within the DNs’ systems.
