DDP Release 2 2024/2025

Summary

Scope Update

• Due to additional complexity in the Release 2 Hydrogen Dashboards, the two features of AQ at Risk and the Remaining Shipper Pack feature have been deferred from Release 2 to a future release in line with the established agile framework used to deliver DDP change.
• DDP Delivery team confirmed the Vacant Sites consequential changes to existing dashboard features and the new Vacant Sites dashboards resulting from XRN5615 are planned for Release 3 and 4.

The request for this Change Proposal is to ensure that there is visibility to ChMC of the changes within scope of DDP Release 2 2024/25 – this aims to provide transparency so the rationale of the priority being applied to DDP scope can be clearly understood.

This release will consist of three key items.

DNs require access to dashboards in DDP that provide visibility of meter points taking part in hydrogen trials, as well as any changes that take place to data items related to those meter points. Data items such as Calorific Value will also be made available in DDP. Dashboards will also be provided to Shipper and IGTs so they can also track MPRNs that are included in any trials.  This release will complete the dashboard development and testing for Shippers and IGTs and deploy the dashboards for all customer groups.

A report measure entitled AQ Overdue Meter Reading (also known as AQ at Risk) which shows percentage of AQ that has not had a read for over 3 months has been part of the PARR report suite for some time. At present there is no DDP equivalent or method of retrieving MPRN Level detail for this report. The proposal is that a dashboard and MPRN detail page will be developed for this PARR report.

There are three remaining Shipper Pack topics which once added to DDP will allow the Shipper Pack to be decommissioned. It is proposed that one topic (Must Read industry totals) be added to DDP as further progress towards decommissioning the Shipper Pack.

The release has been scoped based on consultation with the constituent groups, based on expressed priorities and relevant timescales.
