Summary
There has been a large increase in the number of MN09 exceptions with no current workaround. The functional process needs to be reviewed and corrected to ensure valid MN09 exceptions no longer occur. To prevent valid MN09 exceptions from occurring and ensure that the resultant billing, and any related downstream processing, is correct.
