Extension of ‘Must Read’ process to include Annual Read sites

Summary

Change raised by Networks to extend the current must read scope to include annually read meter points.  Current process notifies the User no read has been received but a must read is not triggered.  The change will provide additional notifications (existing format) for annually read sites with no read and if no actual read is recorded at the expiry of 33 months then a must read will be issued to the Distribution Networks meter read agency.
