The day will run from 9:30am – 3:30pm and will include a high-level overview of the following areas:

• Introduction to the gas industry, key stakeholders and an introduction to Xoserve
• Introduction to a few key processes and systems
• Introduction to governance and current industry headlines

The Customer Induction Day is aimed to ease new starters into the organisation and discuss some key elements within the gas market.
