They provide you with the opportunity to speak directly to our Customer Process Experts covering topics that matter to you. These could include a range of processes, including Supply Point Administration (SPA), Meter Reads or Annual Quantity (AQ).

Top Process Rejections

This session will run from 9:30am to 3pm and will cover the top rejections for the Review of Gas Metering Arrangements (RGMA), Meter Reads and Annual Quantity processes.

We will talk through and explain the top rejections as well as providing methods to help stop these rejections occurring, and advise how to avoid them in the future.
